Goals

Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went? Yes we met our goals. We hosted 3 series of edit-a thon/Training and we had a mix of new and old editors.

What worked well?

Making sure I had active internet connection and following up with participants to guide and encourage them on how to make substantial edits, communication was key and also we had a Telegram group to share views on there.

What did not work so well?

Difficulty for some participants to make or join video calls, poor internet availability for most of the participants to make edits and upload images. I was committed in helping those who did not have by subscribing data bundles for them.

What would you do differently next time?

Possibly record our video sessions and share to participants who couldn't join through the live video call
