I will let the community know about the event through social media platforms, direct communications over the phone also through Meta- Wiki and Swahili Wikipedia.

3. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead the event?

There are experienced editors who are willing to lead the event. Usernames for the editors who are willing to lead the event are:

The participants have the skills and equipment needed to fully participate fully in the event.

5. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?

After the event, I will engage the participants through the WhatsApp group for Wikimedians in Arusha and also through social media as lots of youth are in social media.
