editDid you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went? I have met the goal of the project, but not at 100%. I planned to recruit 20 new editors, but I only recruited 15 editors.

- What worked well? The purpose of the project has been achieved, and I am happy of that.
- What did not work so well? The number of the targeted editors recruited, because the funds arrived with a late as planned.
- What would you do differently next time? I plan to go on with the recruitment of more editors from university and young people who have finished their studies but who do not have job.
