Goals
editDid you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went? I have met the goal of the project, but not at 100%. I planned to recruit 25-30 new editors, but I only recruited 22 editors.
Outcome
editPlease report on your original project targets. Please be sure to review and provide metrics required for Rapid Grants.
Target outcome | Achieved outcome | Explanation |
Number of planned events: 3 | Number of achieved events: 3 | All the planned events have been done. |
Number of targeted new editors: 25-30 | Number of achieved editors: 22 | The number of new editors has not been reached as planned. The funds came a bit late and the target students of our project had started the exams. However, we are satisfied with the reached number of editors and the results. |
Number of targeted articles to be created or improved: 30-45 | Number of achieved articles created or improved: 61 | Target achieved. |
Learning
editProjects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well? The purpose of the project has been achieved, and I happy that we have recuited new editors.
- What did not work so well? The number of the targeted editors recruited, because the funds arrived with a late as planned.
- What would you do differently next time? I plan to go on with the recruitment of more editors from other university and lycee institutions.

Information
editHow did this project support your user group and community to grow? Have you planned any follow up activities for your group and community?
The project has been beneficial to our community. We have gained new editors who will help to enrich Wikimedia projects. The new editors have been added to our communication channels to ensure follow-up and sharing of updates in the future.
