Text messages will also be sent to community members who may not be active on social media. Phone calls will also be made to participants a day to the meeting and records will be taken of those who will be able to make it for the meeting and those who will not, so excerpts of the meeting can be sent to those who may not be able to make it for reasons beyond their control. We will reach out to our partners through email, calls and whatsapp messages as well.

These two have been continuously involved with the movement strategy discussions both offline in our local community and at Wikimania and online, the most recent one they participated in was the West African Strategy Meetup. We will hold two meetups, in the first meeting, we will explain the 10 recommendations to our partners and community members and then open the floor for questions and discussions. The next meetup will be to discuss what steps we can take with regards to the two recommendations chosen.
