1. What is the purpose of the meeting and why is it important to your community?

Increase wikipedia awareness and contributions in our university (Uskudar University, Istanbul). Allow the participants meet with experienced wikipedians.

2. How will you let participants know about the meeting?

We'll be inviting participants by putting up posters in several campuses of the university. I will also make announcement on university social media channels.

1. How will you keep participants engaged after the meeting is over?

We'll be taking Wikipedia usernames and e-mail addresses of the participants and will be communication with them through this informaiton.
