Goals
editDid you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?
So happy to have surpassed our target. 43 people registered for the contest and 32 out of them participated with at least 2 photos added. This resulted in over 4000 articles improved with photos on en-wikipedia and yo-wikipedia over a month period. We exceeded our target outcome of 1000 with 4367. We were able to recruit new editors, 3 of whom are among the top 10 Contributors. This is impressive given the challenge of starting the contest late than other hubs.

Learning
editProjects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well?
- The physical training helps the new recruited editors to understand how wikipedia works. They found it so interesting and participated actively in the campaign.
- What did not work so well?
- Getting the grant fund late did not allow the campaign to go beyond a month in our hub. We would have likely doubled the number of photos added if we started earlier than August 5.
- What would you do differently next time?
- Will apply earlier for grant to enable us move on the same pace with other editors both nationally and international.
