Learning
editProjects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well?
Partnerships with various institutions was good and positive because we were able to make impact through the training sessions.
- What did not work so well?
The challenge we faced during our project was to reschedule the dates of the project as a result of the covid-19 but we had a successful event and the ladies were impacted. Our last event which we organized at Takoradi Hive which was a zoom online session saw 18 males and 7 females out of 25 participant. That good for us, we did not want to be gender bias so we decided to include the guys because they needed the knowledge
- What would you do differently next time?
We looking forward to do more online session in our subsequent project.
