Goals
editDid you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went? The goals were partially met and even with the major challenges we faced, we were so happy on how it went as it provides room for us to increased content on Wikimedia commons, improved contents on Wikipedia, and also further create awareness for the Wikimedia projects to the people, organizations and government officials of the visited places.

Learning
editProjects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well?
- What did not work so well?
- What would you do differently next time?
- What worked well?
- Organizing and executing the project went well and the participants are punctual and timing.
- Our moves into the various place was all-in-one.
- What did not work so well?
- Network challenge faced in Nigeria during the time didn’t allow us to upload the images for the day as planned in the proposal.
- The Nigeria Vice President’s visit to Bauchi to pay homage and visits to certain historical places on our first day of the walk ruined our plan for that day because entry to those places was prohibited to anyone on that day except the Vice President and his entourage.
- Some of the government buildings were undergoing renovation which was not completed as at the time of the photowalk thereby leaving no sign or symbol on them that will show what the place is representing.
- The allocated days wasn't enough to go through all the zones as there were several traffics on the road while travelling.
- Unexpected continuous risen of fuel price experienced in Nigeria nationwide during the days of the event also plays an important role in affecting the smooth running of the project.
- We were not able to go to some areas in Bauchi South due to some reports of insurgency as a of clash between bandits.
- What would you do differently next time?
- Make adequate plans for traffic and others next time.
- Do a routine call to acquaintances about faraway places to ensure that the intended places to visit are not under any reconstruction or renovation so that the money for the transport to such places can at least be preserved.
