Goals
editDid you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?
We have managed to organize Wikipedia Orientation program and Wikipedia Workshop for college students and existing Wikipedians. The goals of the project was successfully meet apart from photography of traditional women of Mithila. The completion of the project took a long time but finally we did it.
Yes, It was indeed great feeling for me to interact with the female students and know their interest toward free knowledge and technology. Specially, I am glad doing this project and closely known about the reality of ground work. As we are people of developing country, we lack the basic infrastructure at the educational institution, there is minimal extra curricular activities as well as female students were feared to speak openly in public. I saw, they are eager to take the opportunity and also want to learn about new things but they are limited to their academic books and social barriers.
I am happy that at least they knew about the importance of Wikipedia and Wikimedia projects. I am connected with them through social media groups and updating them time to time about Wikipedia.

Learning
editProjects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well?
- The workshop events and orientation classes were good. The team members were very helpful to me, they assist me in every possible way to complete this project.
- What did not work so well?
- The photography of traditional women is still to complete. We missed it because one of our team member Bijay Chaurasia was busy during the event time in his academics life. Once he get into Rajbiraj, we will plan and execute the event of photography.
- What would you do differently next time?
- Well, Workshop is great idea to motivate the participants. Women participants feels comfortable during the workshop event. I am pretty motivated after this project, so I am focusing to continue this projects in another city of Nepal.
