Goals

Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?

I am very happy with my contribution, I have made on this project. My edit count has increased from almost 6,000 edits in 2016 to almost 16,000 edits in 2017. Using my laptop, I have created a lot of content on Hindi Wikipedia.I have also lent a helping hand to many new Hindi WP editors like

To create a high number of articles on Hindi Wikipedia	Edit count has increased from almost 6,000 edits in 2016 to almost 16,000 edits in 2017.	Jump has been seen, because I used to initially edit on my mobile.
To improve content on Hindi Wikipedia	Diversified from Cricket related topics & now have created articles on many other topics , thereby improving content on Hindi Wikipedia	The laptop helped me to research on different topics, which was limited earlier.
To lend a helping hand to new hindi wp editors & help groom them to increase the editor base	Was able to reach & mentor many editors including भोमाराम सुथार;तेजू जांगिड़;Jeevan Suthar;J Ansari;Vishal thakur;Dr. Pradeep Kumari Dermatologist;अजय सिंह	The laptop helped me reach out to these editors & groom them

Learning

What worked well? What didn't work so well? What would you do differently next time?

• It was great to have a laptop with me all the time, which really boosted my enthusiasm to edit on my home wiki.
• I was able to take part in may of my community meetups online & offline. I was also able to organize meetups in Pune.
• I was able to help out many editors on Hindi Wikipedia & support them.
• After the project period, I did not follow up with many of the editors & they became inactive thereafter
• To enroll more editors, I plan to take a different strategy & maybe have a new incentive to ensure, they don't become inactive
