  1. What community or communities will be involved in this movement strategy discussion(s)?
    The discussion will happen between Punjabi Wikimedians User Group & It is open for all the Punjabi language contributors or speakers.
  2. How will you make sure everyone is invited?
    We will share the information about the event via village pumps of Punjabi language projects, email and social media platforms to all the members of the organization.
  3. How will you document community discussion(s) and feedback related to movement strategy? Who will be responsible for documenting these discussions?
    We will use Google Document or Etherpad to capture the notes from the conversation. We can also hire someone after analyzing the availability of participants or User:Nitesh Gill & User:Manavpreet Kaur from our community is responsible for documentation.
  4. What is your facilitation plan to support productive discussions around movement strategy? Please also provide a link to a Friendly Space Policy that will be implemented to support these discussions.
    We will follow the code of conduct for healthy conversations. We will hire a local professional facilitator to facilitate the conversations. It's our priority to follow the Friendly Space Policy.
  5. If you are requesting funding for online tools or services to support participation, please describe these services and how they will be used. If not, please write N/A.
    Data subsidy for participants and facilitators.
  6. If you are translating movement strategy materials, in what languages will you be supporting translation? Who will be responsible for doing the translations? If not, please write N/A.
    User:Satpal Dandiwal will be responsible for the translations of strategy related online pages and User:Manavpreet Kaur will be responsible for translations during the calls or meetups in the local language.
  7. Are you running any in-person events or activities? If so, you will need to complete the steps outlined in the Risk Assessment protocol related to COVID-19. When you have completed these steps, please provide a link to your completed copy of the risk assessment tool below:
    Meetups shall be conducted online.
    • Once you have completed the risk assessment protocol, please contact strategy2030 wikimedia.org to confirm and finalize the additional budget and logistical needs.

    I would like to mention that grantees are the "Contact Persons" of Punjabi Wikimedians User Group. It can also be seen here. They are community representatives. Thank you.
