Learning

edit

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?
Making sure I had internet subscription and following up with people to guide and encourage the on uploading images, communication was key and also we had a WhatsApp group to share views on there.
  • What did not work so well?
Difficulty for some members to make or join video call, lack of internet for most of the community members to upload images as I was committed to helping those who did not have internet with access to internet on a weekends.
  • What would you do differently next time?

Possibly have a small budget for internet data bundles for outstanding dedicated volunteers who are passionate about contributing

Create a risk plan for unforeseen circumstance to strategise on how I can make damage control and not be entirely caught off guard.
