    A meetup & a contest.

    Yes, I have experienced Wikimedia editors, myself included, to lead the event.

    Yes, most of the participants have the equipment & skills needed to participate & contribute high quality content. I can lead the newcomers through the help page (be-tarask:Дапамога:Зьмест) & provide them with the appropriate recommendation templates (be-tarask:Шаблён:Парады навічку) on their talk pages & in the articles, that they will create (be-tarask:Шаблён:Парады артыкулу).
  4. How will you promote and let participants know about your Wikipedia 20 event? Please describe or link to the spaces you will be using to inform your community about your activities. Please note there are resources available to support your communications for Wikipedia 20 events.
    I will promote the Wikipedia 20 event on the pages of Belarusian Wikipedia in Facebook, VK, Twitter & the channel in Telegram. The forum page (be-tarask:Вікіпэдыя:Форум) & the pages of Wikimedia Community User Group Belarus in Facebook & VK will also be used to inform the community. Last but not least, I will provide a press release to the local news outlets (be-tarask:Вікіпэдыя:Прэс-рэлізы) & invite every active user personally on their talk pages to participate in the event.
  5. How will you keep participants engaged after the event is over? How will you be sharing photos, videos, or other content from your activities after they are completed?
    I will declare the outcome of the writing contest about the Belarusian literature (be-tarask:Вікіпэдыя:Праект:Тэматычны тыдзень/Беларуская літаратура) on the forum page of the Belarusian Wikipedia & on the Facebook & VK pages of Wikimedia Community User Group Belarus. On the forum page, I will thankfully mention every participant for the number of created & improved articles. Then I will award the winners with the barn stars on their user pages & contact them on their talk pages for contacts in order to provide them with the prizes. The photos from the meetup will be shared on the Wikimedia Commons.

The project will go on even if not funded, as we look ahead to celebrating Wikipedia 20 anniversary & see that the articles about the Belarusian literature are among the most read ones on Belarusian Wikipedia both daily & yearly.
