Goals

edit

Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went? Yes we met our goals to a large extent. We hosted 3 series of edit-a thon/Training and we had a mix of new and old editors, though participants sometimes faced poor internet connection in their various locations, we encourage them to go through the sessions on the Telegram group so as to follow up when they have a better internet connection

Learning

edit

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?

The event was done with assistance and collaboration of my team members, they supported and made sure we had a successful online event. We as well followed up participants to guide and encourage them to take part in the event

  • What did not work so well?

Poor internet connections in various participant locations which made it difficult for some of them to follow up in real time.

  • What would you do differently next time?

We will provide a backup plan for technical issues such as making a recorded video for participants to go through, when they are back online
