Learning

• What worked well?
  • The actual number of photos uploaded during the contest was ~130% more than expected before.
  • We managed to include several photographers in the contest who helped with uploading a lot of photos. We had a proffessional photographer in the jury as well.
• What did not work so well?
  • The public awareness about the contest was not high much. We think the reason for this is we started the contest a bit late and our late social activities was not enough to increase an awareness.
  • As we were heavily engaged during the contest, we started working on our report lately.
• What would you do differently next time?
  • We will start promoting the contest earlier and we hope this will solve the problem mentioned above. Next time we will focus on more quality images as well.
  • We will start working on our report earlier.
