Learning

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

What worked well?

Organizing a pre-event briefing and explaining why it matters to participate made interest in contributing soar
Making souvenir available to all participants made late joiners to participate and also edit.
Promoting the event on all channels available made it possible to have participants from far parts of the country.

What did not work so well?

Connecting on zoom was difficult for most participant as their network is bad and takes them off from the zoom meeting.

What would you do differently next time?

Next time, I will opt for physical event where this is possible as against virtual event because of network issue.
