After returning home, I wrote an article about my experiences in Cape Town and the Wikimedia movement in general and had it published on the website of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty's Uzbek Service.

Option 2: Learning Pattern: What is one useful learning pattern you can share with the Wikimedia movement?

Option 3: New Creation: What was one useful outcome that was created at the event for the Wikimedia movement?

This time I met a great number of fellow Wikimedians. I also attended the Wikimedia Asia meetup and signed up for the Wikipedia Asian Month 2018.

While attending the conference, I

had various conversations with conference attendees about the wikis in the languages of the five stans of Central Asia;
recorded a video for Wikitongues in my native language;
signed up for Wikipedia Library for the very first time;
learned about applying for project and event grants (PEG).
