Hello @Anna Torres (WMAR): and @Giselle Bordoy (WMAR): and team,

Thank you for putting this very thorough report together and we apologize in the long delay in our response. It sounds like this was a very successful event that continued to build thoughtfully upon past learnings from earlier events. I am including a couple of follow up questions and comments for you to consider:

1. You mentioned that the poster and post it note activity did not go as well as hoped. What would you do differently if you planned a similar project? How could you foster conversation while also capturing the ideas in a public format?
2. A few of your outcomes were listed as “in-process”. Could you share an update on these? What is the current progress of your mentoring programs?
3. Regarding your survey results, do think it would be helpful it attendees completed the survey on paper at the end of the conference? Or perhaps you could send it on the last day via email in hopes that more people will complete it when it is fresh in their mind.
