Doesn't appear to meet eligibility criteria for IEG

Hi there! Thanks for drafting your idea, it seems like an interesting vision. To Nemo's point about about committee time above, I'm not sure this will even make it to the committee review phase for IEG. The reason is it doesn't seem to meet our eligibility criteria for an Individual Engagement Grant. IEGs support projects that have a primary goal of improving an existing Wikimedia project. It seems like you're trying to build something that might have some secondary benefits to Wikimedians, or might be aligned in some ways with our broad values as a movement, but this project isn't directly related to the mission or strategic goals of Wikimedia - instead, you'd be creating a new and separate project. If I'm misunderstanding your idea, please feel free to update and clarify. Otherwise, I expect we'll be marking it ineligible for round 2 review.
