Thank you for this well-composed report; it is accepted. We congratulate you on a successful event with good attendance, and we do hope that this even will spark partnerships and collaborations within the CEE region. Please do keep us updated if you know of any that are developing as a result of this conference. As far as lessons learned, we would encourage you to push for stronger planning if you plan to host future events like this.

Remaining funds

If a budget change is needed for your annual grant, you will need to request that on the discussion page of your annual grant according to the instructions here: Grants:Index/Request_changes_to_project_budget. Please notify us by Email once the change has been requested so that we may review it in a timely way.

We will allow you to retain the unused grant funds at WMF's instruction until a decision on your budget change request is delivered, but only if you submit the request no later than 10 July. If you are not able to submit the request or if the budget increase is not approved, we would ask that you return the funds to WMF according to the instructions here: Grants:Index/Return_unused_funds_to_WMF.

We have extended the date for submitting a new request until 20 July. WMRS may retain the funds with WMF's permission until that day, or may submit a new grant proposal for consideration before that day and retain the funds until a decision on the new proposal is delivered. WMRS has submitted a new grant request, and so may retain these funds with WMF's permission until a decision is delivered on the new request, or until they are instructed otherwise by WMF. Note also that WMRS must return or reallocate these funds by 15 September in order to be confirmed as eligible for 2013-2014 Round 1 of the FDC process.
