Anyone with concerns about a proposal is welcome to express them in a constructive and supportive manner. However, to the extent that feedback is excessive, contains personalized and disparaging remarks about the applicant or their organization, or if the concerns are expressed in an hostile or punitive manner, they may be removed from the discussion page partially or entirely. Relatedly, participants should follow the Universal Code of Conduct, which contains the minimum level of guidelines for communications and behavior on Wikimedia projects. We hope you are well and thank you for your proposal towards the Wikimedia Alliances Fund. After a preliminary review of your proposal, we do not find a concrete engagement with the Wikimedian communities for the effective implementation of the proposal.
Wikimedia Alliances Fund is primarily aimed towards amplifying work of the organisations that can contribute toward the strategic direction of the Wikimedia Movement. It is important that all proposals that apply under this funding category focus on supporting contributors, editors, content, awareness, skill-building initiatives, advocacy efforts, strategic planning and developing stable partnerships with local Wikimedia communities and Wikimedia projects.We will therefore not be moving forward with a further review of your proposal.
We do see a possibility of reviving conversations if there are further interests by local wikimedian communities in collaborating on this project and will be in touch when the opportunity arises.
