editHello Acleq,
Thank you for submitting your grant application. We appreciate your interest in contributing to the mission of the Wikimedia Movement. We are continuously strengthening our grants review process, ensuring that grant funding is being invested towards impactful projects and efforts geared towards contributing to the mission of Wikimedia Movement in the most efficient and effective manner.
After a thorough review of your application, we have decided to not fund your Rapid Fund request.
- The mentioned activities are very similar to activities mentioned in another proposal funded in this round: Say-It-Right:Wikipedia as a tool for preventing mispronunciation of names. We believe that the team for the funded proposal has more experience on Wikimedia projects to implement the activities. You are encouraged to connect and collaborate with them to make the audio pronunciations of names more accessible and also learn how to contribute to Wikimedia projects.
