We recommend that the team reviews the budget line items related to the event space, food and beverages, as well as internet costs.

Consider providing more details regarding the assessment of your project. The proposal points out the integration of Wikidata's technical tools and comprehensive training sessions, there is no information provided on how you might asses your project impact. It's important to share some information on how you will measure the effectiveness of integrating these tools and training methods. Consider incorporating feedback mechanisms as well pre-and-post training surveys for qualitative evaluations to understand the true impact on participants' skills and on content quality.

Creating the first Wikidata Technical online community in Nigeria is a great step; however, elaborate on how you will keep this community engaged, active, and continually learning beyond this event. You may want to explore opportunities for collaboration with existing Wikimedia groups or communities in Nigeria. This can bring diverse perspectives and enhance the overall impact of the project, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Wishing you success on this project outing.
