Hello Uncle Bash007, thanks for submitting this Rapid Fund proposal.

Given the importance of the project, we made a decision to fund the grant request in the amount of 2,200 USD (958,000 NGN).

• We recommend partial funding with the following recommendations regarding the requested budget:
  • Lower internet and data support costs and removing the duplicate expenses in rows 7 and 8.
  • Lower transportation costs.
  • Lower promotional materials and phone credits.
  • Lower access to Libraries costs.
  • Remove Radio and Television promotion costs.
• Please update the requested budget accordingly and use the recommended currency rate for ALL expenses. In the future, we will not move forward with similar requests where different currency rates are used.
• Additionally, please note that starting from this Rapid Fund round, we will make the grant payments only in the local currency.
• Add more details about the expected activities to question 3.

Hello DSaroyan (WMF), I want to notify you of the late received project funds which came almost towards the end if the grant term (early December, 2022). I was supposed to request for extension yet the editathon will be concluded on 31st January, 2023 and the report will be available by 7th February, 2023.
