- Dear Jacqueline,
- Our group had a group meeting last Sunday, 15 Jan. 2023. We have chosen the dates for Edit-a-thons. It will be hold two time in March, 1 time in May, 1 time in June and in July also 1 time.
- The schools in Burma will be closed for Summer holidays and open again from the middle of June. That means our public meeting at schools will be take place during June and July. We have three months for preparing such as printing world map and exercise book. I have sat some names in our team.
- Regarding to financial resources it will be wired to Ma Khin Moe when we don't have a group bank account. Ma Khin Moe is in our group. She and I have been working for other projects for a long time. Htawmonzel (talk) 19:54, 17 January 2023 (UTC)
Grant Approval
editHello @Htawmonzel,
Thank you so much for your patience. We are delighted to share that your grant application has been approved. We know it has been a journey and we are thankful for your continued openness and curiosity.
Let’s continue having regular conversations over the course of your grant implementation. Please let me know if you require support in any way or would like to share your experiences with a wider community through the Let's Connect Programme. I have noted your preference on learning more using wikimedia tools to track participation and metrics during an edit-a-thon. I have included some resources above. If you need further 1-1 support, please let me know and we can set up peer-learning sessions.
For easy reference, I am also sharing the reporting requirements for the grant can be found here and templates are available here. Timelines for reporting can be found in your grant agreement or on Fluxx. All reports are to be completed and submitted via Fluxx.
Thank you once again for letting us be a part of your journey.
Keep in touch.
Regards,
Jacqueline JChen (WMF) (talk) 03:07, 6 February 2023 (UTC)
