Hi Misaochan, and thanks for this midpoint report detailing progress toward updates on the Commons Android app. I am accepting this midpoint report with the following comments:

• Congrats on completing the Nearby feature, and it's wonderful to see that this feature is actively being used to upload photos of nearby places of interest. The map is especially helpful to see how these kinds of edits are distributed around the world. For the final report, it would be helpful to see some kind of metric comparing the proportion or overall number of edits made in Global South using the feature, as it is a helpful indicator of the usability of the app in this region.
• You've managed to exceed all of your content and participation goals for the app! Congratulations! This suggests the Commons app is being adopted more broadly in the movement in terms of the growth in active installs, where the app is being used in the world, as well as through a stable level of contributions year-to-year. It will be important to consider what factors may have led to these successes, so you can set more informed goals and targets for future app improvements and development work. Perhaps the upcoming workshops may be an opportunity to test some ideas out about what supports users' adoption and usability of the app in general.
• Thank for you for your reflection you captured in your learning pattern on the importance of face-to-face and asynchronous communications when working in an international team.
