Reporting extension request

Hello @YPam (WMF): and team — while we'll have wrapped up the spending on the project by December 31, 2023, we will be taking January and February to spread the word and collect feedback about our findings from our community. Thus, we'd like to be able to extend our reporting deadline by one month, until February 29, 2024, so we can include that in our report. Please let us know if this is possible!
