• Please provide more clarity and details regarding the date(s) when the conversation will happen and the format for these conversations ( whether in-person or online as it applies)
• Please provide some details regarding the number of participants you anticipate will attend the online conversations.
• Include explicit dates and deadlines for each activity you will undertake. For example, what are the dates for translating the Movement Charter content into your native language and when you intend to publish the feedback gathered on Meta-wiki?
• In your budget a cost for research is included however, there is no research envisaged for this project.

Hi @YPam (WMF), thanks for the feedback. Online conversations with other members will be done on 4th December 2022 and offline conversation will be in between 18th and 24th of December 2022. The exact date is yet to confirm after discussing with language community.

• The number of the participants in the conversation will be about 10 and more 4.

The translation of the available MC content will be completely taken care of before the 25th of December. The feedback collected will be collected, edited, and published on the Meta-Wiki from 25th December to 30th December 2022.

• Preliminary research related to how Malayalam language projects have their condition now when it comes to Movement Charter is already started and this will be before the 4th December 2022. These findings will be used in proposed online and offline meetings.
• Budget estimates related to transportation is expected as 680 USD, venue and meals for the 5-10 people expected for the in-person meet are 154 USD and 124 USD respectively.--Akbarali (talk) 07:39, 27 November 2022 (UTC)

• As per the plan, we have conducted our online session on 4th December 2022. The members who joined in the online meeting also suggested to have offline meeting at Trissure, to get more involvement from Wikimedians.As part of that there will be a meet up on 16th December at Trissure.And feedback will be submitted latest by 18th December with the support of Wikimedia volunteers from Kerala.--Akbarali (talk) 14:20, 6 December 2022 (UTC)
