editBonjour VALENTIN NVJ, thanks for submitting this grant request. We are excited that you plan to run a series of Art+Feminism events in Kisangani. I reviewed your proposal and have a few questions:
- Are you a member of any Wikimedia user group? Are you requesting this grant on behalf of any user group?
- You mentioned you would have three experienced editors in your events. Could you please add their Wikimedia usernames?
- We now require all grantees to announce their projects and receive the Wikimedia community feedback in advance. Could you please announce this project and grant on the relevant community pages on the target wikis? Community notification may be most appropriate on a village pump, talk page, or mailing list. Please paste a link into the proposal page to where the relevant communities have been notified of this proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 08:08, 9 March 2021 (UTC)
My answers
edit- yes, I am part of the Wikiimedians of Democratic Republic of Congo user group.
I am applying for this grant as an individual.
- This event is announced on the official art+feminism event page of the year 2021 as well as on several distribution channels (mailing list, Whatsapp group, ...)

- Hello @VALENTIN NVJ, thanks for your response.
- Due to the fact that you and other facilitators are from Wikimedians of Democratic Republic of Congo User Group, this grant should be credited to the user group. So, please add the UG name and a secondary contact to the probox.
- Through which mailing list have you announced this event?

- Hello @DSaroyan (WMF), thanks for your new proposal. I just added BamLifa as a secondary contact as well as the name of our user group on the probox.
- In addition to the art + feminism page mentioned above, we had announced this event on our user group's mailing list; not to mention on our Whatsapp and Telegram groups, and on our Facebook page.
- See you soon, --VALENTIN NVJ (talk) 15:00, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
