Grants talk:Project/Rapid/Ammarpad/Wikipedia editathon in Katsina
Application received
editHello, Ammarpad (talk · contribs); thank you for submitting your grant request. We will be reviewing it in the coming days. In the meantime, please keep an eye on your email inbox and this discussion page to address the questions we send. Regards, MMontes (WMF) (talk) 15:52, 3 June 2019 (UTC)
Moved to draft
editHello again, Ammarpad (talk · contribs); thank you again for this submission. I see that you have just completed a Project Grant and you have submitted a report for it. For that reason, we have to wait for the Project Grants team to close your grant, which will take a review and possibly an exchange with you. After that, we can start the review process for this proposal.
Given that we are closing this current fiscal year and have a shorter submissions and approvals period, it is unlikely that your Project Grant review and this Rapid Grant review and approval processes can be completed before the deadline for this year. For this reason, I am moving your request to drafts and asking you to resubmit between the 1st and 15th days of the month after your Project Grant review is over. So if you hear about your Project Grant, say, on July 2nd, you can resubmit this proposal in July by the 15th. If you hear, for example, on July 17th, please submit between the 1st and 15th of August.
Thank you for all the work you do for the Wiki movement. Regards, MMontes (WMF) (talk) 16:14, 3 June 2019 (UTC)
Request for change of date
editHello AWang (WMF),
I would like to request that the project’s start and end dates be extended to December 1 and 31 to provide room for more preparation. I have emailed Rapid grants already. Thanks. – Ammarpad (talk) 07:55, 8 November 2019 (UTC)
- Hi Ammarpad. Yes, this is fine. Thank you for the update. Alex Wang (WMF) (talk) 16:37, 8 November 2019 (UTC)
