Grants talk:Project/Rapid/Art+Feminism 2020 (DRC)
Comments from WMF
editHello Yves Madika, thank you for submitting a Rapid Grant request. It’s great to see that you’re organizing an Art and Feminism event for the first time. We have reviewed your request and have the following comments and questions.
- How many T-shirts are you going to purchase?
- What does “Local” in your detailed budget refer to?
- You have budgeted the cost of project management. Please reduce this cost and update your budget, since the Rapid Grant funds may not currently be used as compensation for people’s time.
- Are there any other experienced editors who will support you throughout your event? Would you please share with us their usernames?
- We kindly ask you to respond on the proposal page on how you will engage participants after the event.
Thank you again for your contribution to Wikimedia Movement. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 06:47, 30 January 2020 (UTC)

editHello Yves Madika, thank you for your responses. I have a few additional comments.
- Please reduce the number of T-shirts to the number of organizers plus five T-shirts for outstanding contributors for each event.
- What is the purpose of the project management costs? Please remove it completely if it is to compensate people’s time.
