Grants talk:Project/Rapid/Bijay chaurasia/Educational institution Photowalk and Edit-a-thon
Questions from WMF
editDear Bijay chaurasia, thank you for submitting this rapid grant application. We have reviewed it and have a few questions and comments regarding your application.
- Are you aiming for 5-7 participants in each of the five photowalks in the Kathmandu Valley, or 5-7 participants total for all five photowalks?
- Would it be possible to increase the number of participants at those local photowalks?
- Your budget also lists an item for “photo tours.” What is the difference between a photo tour and a photowalk? And what do you hope to accomplish with the photo tour?
- Where will you host the edit-a-thon, and will it be open to everyone or just participants from the photowalks?
We look forward to reading your responses and making a funding decision. Thank you for taking the time to make these edits! Best regards, WJifar (WMF) (talk) 21:33, 27 November 2019 (UTC)
- Dear WJifar (WMF), Thank you for your reply and my sorry for the late reply. I was out of the city for college project. Here‘s the answer:
- It is possible to include 10 participants in each of the five photowalks in Kathmandu Valley. So, we are aiming to include 10 + participants in each.
- Yes, of course. It would be possible to increase the number of participants at those photowalks.
- Sorry for my mistake. I intended to write a photo edit-a-thon but mistakenly wrote photo tours. I likewise corrected my mistake.
- We will host this photo edit-a-thon at Texas International College Mitrapark, Kathmandu, Nepal. It will be open not only for participants but also for all professional and non-professional photographers.
Thank you, Best Regards --Bijay chaurasia (talk) 17:12, 30 November 2019 (UTC)
