• Could you please provide the usernames of jury members on the proposal page?
• In your budget you have an item for “Closing ceremony” to “announce the winners and collect direct feedback”. Could you please elaborate on this expense?
• Does any of your internet costs cover the expenses of participants?
• From your projected goals I could understand that you intend to add only one photo to any article. Is this correct?

Thank you for your comments! The following are the responses to your questions:

• Could you please provide the usernames of jury members on the proposal page?-->-->I haved added them. The rationale for us to be among the jury team is that currently there strict measures for people gathering so we are avoiding any waste of time that could happen in case someone jumps on the jury without being familiar with Wikipedia.

• In your budget you have an item for “Closing ceremony” to “announce the winners and collect direct feedback”. Could you please elaborate on this expense?--->This will be carried out online to announce the winners, but we shall also use this time to gather the primary feedback from the users on how the whole campaign user experience and things to improve on on the next campaign.

• Does any of your internet costs cover the expenses of participants?-->The expected expenses are of majority internet-related and communication (phone calls).

• From your projected goals I could understand that you intend to add only one photo to any article. Is this correct?--> Yes, that's the plan. On average every user would use 20 images on articles.

Hello Cnyirahabihirwe123, thanks for the reponses! I have an additional comment regarding my second question. Could you please give more details on why you need $150 for the “Closing ceremony” item. Timeline Extension Request

I hope that you are doing well. As per our last discussion via email, we would like to request an extension period up to 24th October 2020 to have submitted our draft project report. In fact the project has been carried out well and we are hosting an online awarding ceremony on this Saturday, 10th Oct 2020 and the extension will serve to finalize the report and submission of all documentation.
