Hello @Naomi Moeng:, Thank you for working on this project and submitting the reports. I have reviewed your report and have following comments:

Thank you for completing the project report for the Culture and Plants Destubathorn 2020 grant. I reviewed the Final Report and expense documents shared under this grant and have the following comments:

1) The expense documents shared with us are incomplete. Please share the missing receipts of 2700 BWP from a total allocated budget of 14326 BWP. 2) In the Final Report, please mention the metrics achieved in numerical numbers so we can better understand the targeted outcomes achieved in the project. 3) Please mention the achieved outcome in numbers and provide link of the dashboard or any other tool you used to calculate the metrics.

We understand that receipts are not always available for every expense. If receipts are not available, you still need to document the details of your grant expenses and send them to WMF. If you have any unreceipted expenses, please follow this page for instructions and for each expense provide the mentioned details. You can email your scanned receipts and revised expense documentation to <rapidgrants(at)wikimedia.org>.
