Grants talk:Project/Rapid/Dennis6492/100ChicasWiki/Report

Hi Oscar ., Jamez42, and Dennis6492. Thank you for this grant report and all your work on organizing 100ChicasWiki! It sounds like it was a successful event and we appreciate all of your thoughtful reflections. It's great to hear you had such good local partners who were able to help prepare participants before the event. The fact that no articles were deleted after the event is a testament to the workshop set-up and your one-on-one mentoring. It's interesting that the returning participants had not edited since the previous activity. Did you get any feedback on why this was? Thank you again for your efforts and congrats on a great event -- we loved seeing the photos! Cheers, Alex Wang (WMF) (talk) 03:24, 27 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hi AWang (WMF), thanks for your positive feedback, it's really appreciative! Regarding the returning participants, they stated that the lack of time was a major factor. I personally suggested that they approach editing Wikipedia as a hobby, not as an obligation, and they will eventually find the time to do so some editing. Cheers, --Oscar_.
