I appreciate you including the link to the Google spreadsheet but we do need the itemized budget in full in the body of the report, not as a link. Request for extension
editThis year there was very high rain which lead to heavy flooding in many areas in Karnataka. Many colleges and educations institutes were badly affected due to this. Their academic schedules got disrupted. All our editathons were planned in educational institutes for availability of PC lab with Internet facility. Hence the editathons could not be conducted on the dates originally planned. Some institutes totally opted out due to some other activities which came up suddenly. Hence we re-scheduled the editathons both with respect to dates and venues. So far we have conducted 4 editathons and spent about Rs.54,000 (calculations and details). In the month of Dec 2019, I was suffering from lungs infection. I was out of action almost for a month. I got discharged from hospital few days ago. I am just recovering now. We have planned to organise 4 more editathons in the year 2020. We are also planning to have a competition among the participants of all the editathons and give away some swags from the amount which was budgeted for each editathon. We are expecting to complete all the activities by end of March 2020 and the reports by end of April 2020.--Dhanalakshmi .K. T (talk) 07:52, 29 December 2019 (UTC)

Closing event Wiki20
editWe have organized altogether 9 editathons. We have some amount left from the grant received, which we want to use it for one more event. On the account of the celebration of Wiki20, we are organizing the closure event in the month of January 2021. We are going to use the money left. We hope this is fine with you. --Dhanalakshmi .K. T (talk) 07:09, 12 December 2020 (UTC)
- We are planning to have the Wiki20 event on January 23-24, 2020 provided there is no other unforeseen disruptions like another lockdown. Within a month after the event we should be able to complete the report. The outreach dashboard is here. We had already given the link to the calculations and details spreadsheet earlier above. Hope you had a chance to take a look at it. As you can see we have about INR 25,000 left. --Dhanalakshmi .K. T (talk) 15:26, 23 December 2020 (UTC)
- We have filled the risk assessment tool spreadsheet and the same is here.--Dhanalakshmi .K. T (talk) 04:26, 31 December 2020 (UTC)
