editHello Gwanki, thanks for submitting this Rapid Fund application. I have completed the initial review and I have one question:
- In the application you mentioned that your plan was to organize a series of Wikidata training sessions in Kano. However, you also mentioned that you would invite participants and you ask for accommodation support for these participants. I'd like to learn more about these invited participants and the need for having accommodation and reimbursement expenses. Could you please explain this?
Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 15:26, 27 January 2022 (UTC)
- Hello @DSaroyan (WMF) thanks for review my Rapid Fund Application. I have answered your questions.
- Many editors are asking me many questions about Wikidata, many of them are unaware of Wikidata, I will select active editors among them. I will invite these ten active editors from Funtua, Katsina, Daura, Kaduna and Potiskum, I will provide them with accommodation and reimbursement support. Most of them they already know about the project.
Thanks again —Gwanki✉ 17:05, 27 January 2022 (UTC)
- Hi Gwanki, since there are already active community members and movement activities in some of the cities you mentioned, my request is to remove these expenses and focus on the participants from Kano. Please make the requested updates. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 08:52, 28 January 2022 (UTC)
