Project Review

Congratulations on a successful event! We were excited to see that you hosted so many people and introduced them to the Wikimedia technical ecosystem. The photos are marvelous.

When we accepted your proposal, we noted explicitly that you were not allowed to spend funding on swag for participants. Will you please confirm what you mean by "swag print" so that we can ensure you only spent money on approved line items?

Thank you @HLepp (WMF), I have clarified that. I meant name tags and small posters (that were pasted on walls such as this file , which I didn't classify as swag and they are in the final version of the approved project. There was no certificates, t-shirts or pens distributed with the funds, so I can confirm that no purchase was made or services paid for outside of the approved budget items. – Ammarpad (talk) 14:16, 6 July 2022 (UTC)
