• Why do you want to organize these activities at the Kaduna State University?
• Are you in touch with the university leadership? Have you discussed this project with them in advance?
• Aside from posting on the Hausa Wikimedians User Group, have you discussed and coordinated this project with other community members?
• Do you have any plans to collaborate with Hausa Wikimedians User Group in terms of this project?
• Could you please provide more details about the team members' roles?
• Please respond to question #6 and provide a clear plan on how you will follow up with participants.
• Please provide a more detailed budget.

• Why do you want to organize these activities at the Kaduna State University?

Because kaduna state university was ranked as the most fastest growing university in Nigeria and is an institution of higher education where educated and under learning people with goals of acquiring knowledge are and are fully ready to join and contribute to Wikipedia also ,since from the day we have launched our Hub, and I believe educational institutions is one of the best places for Wikipedia projects when it comes to the free knowledge sharing to the global community for beings free multilingual online encyclopedia.Written and maintained by a community of volunteers.So this will be a great achievement for kaduna state university community to be among the people that contributes and share knowledge to the whole world for free and to the Wikipedia foundation at large.

• Are you in touch with the university leadership? Have you discussed this project with them in advance? Yes I am in touch with the university leaders and I am one of the university leaders,and we have discussed about this project several times,in fact everybody is happy with the idea (project).
• Aside from posting on the Hausa Wikimedians User Group, have you discussed and coordinated this project with other community members?

yes I have discussed it with some of the community members users like Umar a Usman,itzedubaba,Na’im Bello,and Salihu and the rest most have seen it on the platform after making the announcement of the project.

• Do you have any plans to collaborate with Hausa Wikimedians User Group in terms of this project?

I plans to collaborate with the Hausa wikimedians user in order to help & serve as the facilitators at the event,for being an experienced editors and they are the only community that we have around us but as time goes on we will reach out to other wikimedians user group in Nigeria for betterment of our community.

• Could you please provide more details about the team members' roles?

For now we only have 4 executives and the rest are members.Hamxo President,Holysman Vice President,Ningi Sec-Gen,and Umar a Usman P.R.O
