Hi Jojit, and thanks for this thorough report. I appreciate the thoughtfulness you've provided with regard to circumstances you faced at the Digital Influencers' Summit and how your activities were significantly shifted somewhat. Here are my comments:

• Congratulations you on a very successful event in terms of its outcomes. Participation and interest from new editors was very high, and although the article creation was lower than expected due to blogging activites, you still created overall more content across Wikimedia projects than anticipated. That's a strong outcome and speaks to the productivity and enthusiasm of active editors in your event.
• With regard to the use of phones during the edit-a-thon, I think there are some tasks that are relatively easy to do such as proofreading and copyediting if participants are looking for easier ways to contribute during sessions. There are also some Wikidata-related games that should be compatible with mobile if you are looking for suggestions in the future. I also wanted to ask if renting a few laptops for the event would be possible (for which you could request funding in a future Rapid Grant) as way to help more participants be active?
• I think your What would you do differently next time section shows your attention to process and details of how this event unfolded. The idea of separating the event makes sense to me so as to avoid the kind of delays you faced for this event. Setting a cap for participant also is sensible to as to ensure you can effectively engage with your audience and offer enough support to participants.

Hi Jethro, my apologies for my very late reply.

In behalf of the project team, we thank you for accepting the report. As for your question about renting laptops, it is possible but it is not a usual practice here in the Philippines for these kind of events. Furthermore, I think that there is no laptop rental services in Pangasinan, which may pose some transport issues because laptops shall be rented from Manila where those services are available. We just usually encourage participants to bring their own laptops. Based on experience, the most effective way is to hold the edit-a-thon at schools or universities where desktops or laptops are already provided. I hope that this answers your question.
