Hi Kamal Osama. Thank you for submitting this request and your team's efforts in organizing the first Wiki Loves Earth 2017 in Egypt! We have just a couple of questions before moving forward with the request.
- It looks like you have three great Wikimedians on the project team. It would be a good idea to also recruit someone who is an experienced photographer and Commons contributor. This person can help give participants guidance during the photowalk and at the workshop.
- Please let us know who will receive the photobooks and how they will be used as "advertising".
- This grant is an individual grant but we request that any equipment purchased, such as the hotspot router, but given to the usergroup for future projects.

Hi Alex., It's wonderful to receive your quick respond. For me, it reflects the wikimedia interest and I hope we succeed together in running this competiotion. Recognizing your questions, It's important to mention the following;
- The team we have are experienced, some of them have already participated in such events like Wiki loves monuments and the wikimedia education program but anyway, your point is considered and we are still working on recruiting other special experienced photographers.
- The photobook will be used for documenting the 1st event for Wiki love Earth in Egypt and we think that it will be useful for supporting our next events or conferences that promote the wikimedia community movements.
- We request another hotspot router to make sure that we have enough connectivity capacity for uploading the media. Note that uploading media will need suffiecent connectivity and it's our biggest risk. Also, any new equipment purchased will be used and delivered to the usergroup in Egypt at the end of the competiotion...We just want to eliminate our defined biggest risk.
