editHello M-Mustapha, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant request and making the requested changes. We are excited that you are planning to celebrate the Wikipedia 20th anniversary in Kaduna, Nigeria. I reviewed your application and have the following questions:
- Are you requesting this grant on behalf of Hausa Wikimedians User Group? If yes, could you please add its name to the probox? In this case, we would also need a secondary contact from your User Group.
- Please confirm that you will reach out to potential community members on your community pages of Hausa Wikimedia Projects.

- Thank you DSaroyan (WMF), here are my answers to the above questions.
- This project is individual not on behalf of any user group.
- Yes! I'm confirming that I will reach out to all potential community members on our various Wikimedia and social platforms. Em-mustapha User | talk 06:29, 8 December 2020 (UTC)
- @M-Mustapha: thanks for your responses. Given that you are the co-founder of the user group and a signatory for user group agreements, as well as the project's focus on the Hausa community, I think that this grant should be attributed to the user group. Is there a reason you don't want to request it on behalf of Hausa Wikimedians User Group?--DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 06:36, 8 December 2020 (UTC)
- I'm sorry @DSaroyan (WMF): for not clarifying! The reason was WMF require that we have a separate account that would be receiving funds for the Group's projects and yet we're still working on it. Em-mustapha User | talk 08:01, 8 December 2020 (UTC)
- Hello M-Mustapha, thanks for the clarification. In this case, this grant will be processed as an individual type, but will be credited to the Hausa Wikimedians User Group. Please let me know whether this makes sense to you. Thank you, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 07:23, 9 December 2020 (UTC)
- Absolutely! DSaroyan (WMF) Thanks, Best Regards.
