Hello Modjou thank you for submitting this grant proposal for the Wiktionary editathons. I had a couple follow up questions regarding the budget:

1. Can you explain who the t-shirts are for?
2. Can you explain the varying budgets for the transport allowance? You have 5000 allotted for participants, 20,000 for trainers and 10,000 for the photographer. In my experience the smaller taxis are usually in the 2000 - 3000 range. Please let me know what you're basing your estimates on.

The tee-shirt will be shared as follows: 1 for the coordinator project, 1 for the assistant, 1 the photographer and the two others will be given to 2 editors with the most edits. The transport varies depending on the area in which you are and time you taking the taxi. For example, those that live in Bingerville spend an average of 8000 FCFA - 8500 FCFA for the round trip in order reach the headquarters of Wikimedia of Côte d’Ivoire. Those living in Yopougon spend an average of 7500 FCFA - 8000 FCFA for the round trip in taxi. The staff members receive compensation for their transportation. Aside from that, the funds given to them also cover coordination travel (conveying foods, internet equipment, etc). This explains why the funds allocated to them is 20.000 FCFA or 15.000 FCFA depending on where they live. Modjou (talk) 00:49, 11 May 2018 (UTC)
