WJifar (WMF) One Update as i have requested promotional booth in Conference Venue but Unfortunately Conference Committee do not have any arrangement for it so i have planned to print some brochures(approx 100) and distribute to the participants personally. Hi Mohammed Galib Hasan, Woubzena will be sending you the email notification of your funding support and next steps. I'm replying here in case you have not yet received it and would like to get started with travel arrangements. As you know and with previous funding, there are strict regulations in Bangladesh, and restrictions impact both organizations and individuals receiving foreign funds. Following the guidelines our grant consulting agency recommends, WMF will be able to fund your request as a reimbursement for expenses with receipts.

If this is agreeable with you, your next steps for processing your grant are:

1. make the necessary arrangements/purchases as listed in your budget
2. provide information needed to draft your grant agreement as requested at Grants:Processing/Rapid/Returning grantee
3. sign your grant agreement
4. submit your receipts once all expenses have been incurred; for bank fees, a copy of your bank's fee schedule (url is ok if it's posted online)
5. submit your expense documentation by completing the Non Employee Expense Reimbursement (this document is submitted to our finance team together with your receipts to process payment)
6. submit your grant report within 30 days of your grant end date, per the instructions at Grants:Project/Rapid/Report

JTud (WMF), Grants Administrator & Woubzena Thanks for your reply in details. I didn't get the email yet! I can easily understand the fund transfer issue as I faced same like previous time. Can we go for the arrangement for (Conference Registration+Flight+Accommodation) like the grants team did previous time (i have sent another email regarding this) because without this it will be hard for me to join the Conference.
