• Please use the currency exchange rate from the Central Bank of Nigeria to convert US dollars to Nigerian naira, and update your total budget in local currency.
• How will you be monitoring and tracking the edits of the participants? If you don’t have any specific plan, please consider using the Outreach Dashboard.
• Are you a member of Igbo Wikimedians User Group? What about the other leaders and experienced editors involved in your project?
• It is unclear to me who the event participants are. Could you please elaborate on this?

Hello DSaroyan (WMF) My answers to your questions are as follows:

• On the Exchange rate, i have changed the budget of the proposal using Central Bank of Nigerian Exchange rate.
• i will use Outreach Dashboard in monitoring and tracking the edits in my project.
• I am not a member of the Igbo wikimedia user group however some of the experienced editors that will guide the project are members of the user group.
• Many of the event paticipant will be my friends, associates, wikimedia editors in my community and others within and around Abuja.

Grant terms extension and budget change requests

Hello DSaroyan (WMF), This project has been funded but i did not execute the project following the directives of the Wikimedia foundation that all offline projects should not be executed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. I now want to execute the project online and seek your approval. The budget will remain the same. I also seek extension of time within which to complete the projects.
