Hello, DSaroyan (WMF),Regarding your concerns, here are my answers.

• The main difference between this and Grants:Project/Rapid/Oby Ezeilo/Igbo Wiktionary edit a thon with secondary school teachers in Abuja is based on the group of people used. One was done with Secondary School Teachers while this was done with some friends that really want to learn about Wikimedia mission and vision.
• The useful thing was that the pre training helped us achieve more grounds and ability to discuss, debate and reach a consensus before a word is created. it also made it easier for them to edit by them selves without much challenge.
