Hi Jean-Frédéric and Claudia.Garad. Thank you for this report and to everyone involved in the project. Congrats on successfully uploading 70 high quality and important videos and engaging with the Farsi-speaking refugee population. It sounds like there were a lot of challenges with the project -- technical, social, and logistical -- and that there is a lot to be learned from this type of pilot project. It's great to hear that WMAT is developing a "more systematic approach to working with refugees in Austria as part of their incubator program". Have you documented the feedback from this project in more detail for them or is there a place where this approach is starting to be drafted? As grantmakers, it is really helpful for us to understand what is being done, the challenges and best practices, in order for us to better advise other grantees that want to do similar projects. Hopefully collaborations with other chapters can be documented in a way that is easily shared. Also, since the grant programs are accounted for differently, we will need to have WMAT return the unspent funds following the directions provided here. Thank you. Thanks Alex! We are still working on our approach to the follow-up program. Most of it are currently internal draft documents in German, but as soon as we publish more we will let you know or link it from here. Morgan told us that for such a small amount of money it would be the best if we used it for project related expenses as the costs and burreaucracy of returning the funds would be disproportionate.
