@PANKAJ DEO: Hi Pankaj, and thanks for your report on the MWG Annual Ceremony. Here are my questions and comments:

• In your proposal, you had set goals to have 40-50 attendees at the anniversary event and 4-6 people to help organize the event. Can you provide the actual number of people who participated for each of these goals you set?
• Thanks for providing several photos documenting the events and the participants-- it looks like everyone had a great time at the anniversary event. :)
• Your response the question around "What did not work so well?" in the learning section suggests that it was fairly easy to run these events. Is that true, or was there anything difficult or unexpected in planning or running these events?
• For your remaining funds (3,964 NPR), there are two options I would suggest: First, I understand you have another grant proposal that is under review right now. If accepted, these funds could be applied to partially fund that grant. Alternatively, you could send the funds back to the Wikimedia Foundation using the instructions here. How would you like proceed here?

Thank you very much @I JethroBT (WMF): for your questions and comments:

1. Reply to Q. 1 — We had organized two events. The first one at the Model College for the promotion of Edit-a-thon event which was attended by 40 students and second one for the Anniversary event which was attended by 35 people. We have around 5-6 volunteers from MWUG, who supported and help to success the both events.
2. Reply to Q. 2 — Yes for sure.
3. Reply to Q. 3 — Actually everything went smoothly except to organize an events at college. Due to the final exams, college students as well as the college authorities having rush.
4. Reply to Q. 4 — I would like to keep the remaining funds (3,964 NPR) with me and use it to my next proposed grant.
