Comments from DSaroyan (WMF)
editHello Ptinphusmia, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant request and for running a series of editathons to join the International Youth Day celebration. I have a few requests after reviewing your grant application. Kindly address them and make corresponding changes.
- Please respond to questions #6 & #7 in the grant proposal page.
Budget:
- Social media campaign - please reduce it to 300 USD
- Gift Vouchers - given the project scope, please reduce this to 300 USD
- Contingency - finally, reduce contingency costs to 50 USD
Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 12:04, 27 July 2021 (UTC)

Attention to this change
editDear I JethroBT (WMF),
Thank you for taking your time to review this. Please this is to inform you that we will move the budget for the zoom subscription (20 USD) to the contingency budget to cover for other unforseen expenditures. This is because we found that the zoom subscription that will accommodate the needed features is more than the zoom budget stated in the grant. Young Wikimedians are already excited about this event and is gaining traction. We are not asking for additional budget to cover for the zoom expenses. Instead we are reaching to a community in the movement to offer us in-kind assistance with their pro zoom account. This doesn't change anything in the grant which is still the way it is. We just wanted to bring this to your attention. Thank you for your understanding. Ptinphusmia (talk) 17:31, 4 August 2021 (UTC)
- @Ptinphusmia: Thanks for this request, Euphemia. This reallocation from your Zoom budget to contingency is approved. Thank you again for your outreach work to secure this in-kind assistance! I JethroBT (WMF) (talk) 17:39, 4 August 2021 (UTC)
